Village Apartments

Junior and senior students at Saint Louis University can live in the Village Apartments, which offer one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom, air-conditioned, furnished apartments. Each unit has private bedrooms that share a living room, kitchen and laundry facilities.

With room for more than 480 students, the Village is spread out among eight buildings — Anderson, Brown, Chan, Donnelly, Eagleton, Fox-Clark, Gunn and Huh — on the west side of campus. Open spaces between buildings offer grills, hammocks and benches for studying or outside dining.

Amenities:	Central air conditioning, Wi-Fi and cable. Bike storage available. Residents have access to a community office in Donnelly Hall and a 24-hour desk service at DeMattias Hall, another residence hall located nearby.

Room types:	One-, two-, three- and four-bedroom floor plans. All residents have private bedrooms.
Bathrooms:	Private. Two-bedroom apartments share a single full bathroom; triple and four-bedroom apartments share two full bathrooms.

Visiting Restrictions:	Students living in any University-managed residence halls or apartments may check in guests at the front desk between the hours of 7 a.m. and 2 a.m., Sunday through Thursday or 7 a.m. to 4 a.m., Friday and Saturday. Guests must be checked in and escorted by their host at all times.
Special Hours:	The Village Apartments stay open during Thanksgiving, winter and spring breaks.
