Office Hours

We are open Monday through Friday by appointment only. Our phone lines are open Mondays and Wednesdays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Our phone lines are closed on Tuesdays. Below are our hours for client appointments; please note that hours may vary based on clinician availability. We are not always able to staff phone lines. If we cannot answer your call, please leave a voicemail and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Crises

If you are a current or prospective client experiencing an emergency or crisis, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. 

Records Request

For current or former clients seeking health records, you will be asked to sign a release of records. You can contact our office to initiate this process at 314-977-2278. Alternatively, you can complete the release of records form and fax it to our office at 314-977-1006. Once the release of records is completed and returned, we will complete your request as soon as possible, typically within 72 hours.

Accessibility

Our office is on the first floor of Morrissey Hall. You can access the clinic by entering through the Lindell entrance by stairs. The clinic is just inside Morrissey Hall to the right. Alternatively, you can access the clinic by entering the building through the gray double doors just off the parking lot (there is a large "3700" sign next to the doors). There is an elevator just inside the gray doors. Take the elevator to the first floor, then turn left. Follow the long hallway to the end, then make another left. The clinic is several doors down on the left.

Clinic Closures

We are closed for all major U.S. holidays. We also close for two weeks over the university winter break, which is typically held the weeks during the Christmas and New Year holidays, and two weeks at the end of the summer, typically the last week of July and first week of August. If you call during clinic closures, please leave a voicemail with your information and we will return your call as soon as we can after the clinic re-opens.
